About Tracy

With over 20 years in early childhood leadership, I bring experience across Head Start, nonprofit, and multi-site program operations. My work has focused on helping organizations navigate complexity—strengthening systems, supporting implementation, and building sustainable programs.

I’ve led multi-site operations, developed national training initiatives, and worked closely with educators, coaches, and leadership teams at every level. This range of experience allows me to understand both the big picture and the day-to-day realities programs face.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:  Strong programs are built on strong systems.

• I partner with you to identify what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
